I will not speak negatively about others or myself. I will celebrate others unique beauty and gifts and I will celebrate mine too. I will not hold myself back to fit in and I will support you in doing the same. I will gently and lovingly stop complaint conversations or conversations that argue for limits. I will honor someone's experience through the lens of THEIR experience and unconscious biases and will try not to compare it to my experiences. I will honor the possibility that I may be a victim to some trauma and the culture in which I live and with awareness I can educate myself, become more conscious and hold better boundaries with how I choose to be treated. I will not make other people (parents, partners, children, friends, enemies, abusers) an excuse as to why I don’t choose to practice winning at my life.
