Mindset Meditation: Emotional Regulation tools

This is a powerful activating meditation that uses quantum healing, energy and sound healing. Please do not listen to this while driving. Using earphones is required to receive the full benefit of the sound healing. Use daily or weekly to train your mindset and prepare body for more emotional regulation to your nervous system. Remember to breathe.

Somatic Healing Practice for body and voice: Emotional Regulation tools

These videos are equivalent to an emotional healing session and you may need to rest or integrate with quiet afterward. Please treat this as a 30 minute session with respect of yourself, your time before and after and space to feel free expressing your voice out loud.
